SPARKLING WINE
FRUIT SALAD
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced in half
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 pineapple cut into bite sized chunks
- 3 peaches, pitted and sliced into bite sized chunks
- 3 apples cored and sliced into bite sized chunks
- 1 cantelope de-seeded and sliced into bite sized chunks
- 1 small watermelon, de-seeded and sliced
- 1 small honeydew melon, de-seeded and sliced
Put all sliced fruit into a large serving bowl and pour one bottle of Brotherhood’s Carpe Diem over fruit. Chill in refrigerator several hours before serving. Top with fresh whipped cream if desired.
