EASY CREAM
SHERRY CAKE

  • One box of lemon, vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • One 3.75 package of vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup of Brotherhood Cream Sherry

Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a greased cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven approx. 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out on to rack. When cooled, ice or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
