  • 1 or 2 diced onions
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • One 10 oz. package of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup Brotherhood Chardonnay
  • 1 large bag of Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
  • Salt and pepper

In a large pan, melt butter, sauté onions, celery and mushrooms until tender. Add stuffing mix and enough Chardonnay to fully moisten (but not runny). Season with salt and pepper, heat thoroughly and serve.
