Across Europe, outdoor cafes serve Shandys’ all summer long. Light and refreshing, it’s the perfect summer drink that’s also easy to make.

  • Fill pint half glass with chilled Brotherhood Chardonnay
  • Fill half pint glass with lemonade (see recipe)
  • Garnish with a wedge of lemon

HOMEMADE LEMONADE: In pitcher, add 1 cup raw sugar, 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice. Stir every twenty minutes or so until sugar dissolves. Be sure to stir the sugar that settles to the bottom of the pitcher. To speed up the process boil the sugar water on the stove first.
