Public Tasting

Each guest will choose 5 wines to taste from a catalog of 10 wines in this UNGUIDED tasting option.

Guests receive a one-ounce serving for each wine selected.

The catalog of 10 wines is constantly being updated, but will always consist of a combination of varietal and traditional selections.

Guests will be seated on a first-come-first-serve basis.  No pets allowed inside the building.

Valid form of ID required to participate in wine tasting.

Tours go out as groups gather.  No reservations needed.

Varietals are a popular tasting option and include structured, complex vintages like the cherry noted Cabernet Sauvignon and our Burgundian style Chardonnay that offers the bright aroma of Barlett pears with light vanilla notes.

These wines have been in production since the early 19th century and tend to be preferred by visitors with a sweet tooth. Our Holiday Spiced Wine is our most popular offering and has been served piping hot in taverns and inns since colonial times.
